Started in March 2012. I was down 32 pounds by June 2012. I am 5'3". Mid 30s and at my heaviest was at 186lb.

For me that would be the kardashians. I don't watch HBB. I don't like what they represent BUT I did rather this poor family make money off of their "talent" than the obnoxious and self possessed kardashian clan.

Pure Protein bars are great. With 20gms of protein at just 180-200 calories per bar its "pure protein". I love the flavor too. For a drink I like GNC AMP Protein powder.

In my experience, most of the people using incorrect grammar or spellings have been Americans; the kind that put "welcome to America, now learn English" decals on their cars.

Squats will help with firming up the thighs. You will probably not lose all of the sag but it could reduced.
