You are really hating what you brought for lunch? Like you'd rather not eat than eat what you brought? I know if I don't eat something I'll pay for it tonight and binge at home.
This morning it sounded good, but now not so much.
Veggies and crab meat, and jello with whipped topping.

You make yourself eat it. : ) Don't get junk food at lunch today. Eat what you packed. And eat enough calories during today, that you don't set yourself up for eating too much later. Don't let yourself go hungry. Fill up on your veggies and crab, let your mind process it, and then see how you feel. You can do it. Your a farmers daughter, thats why.

(Now I can also take my OWN best advise to heart for myself) Since I'm also a Farmers Daughter. You know what sucks? Buying fruit at a grocery store, when we had orchards and orchards of nectarines, and now I buy those at the darn store.0 -
Normally I do like it everything that I've got, I don't know if it's just the mood I'm in today or what. Just kind of wondered what others did.
I dont' want it to mess up my day, so I guess I have no choice, the other choices I want will make me mess my day up.
And yes, HiKaren, I hear you there! I dread the day that I have to buy hamburger and such from the store (we buy steaks from the store-becuase it's actually cheaper when I get them on sale than us processing them) guess I'll keep on hunting deer! ha ha ha0 -

I just eat what I brought anyway, because I've already logged it in my diary.0 -
My meals are planned out and my numbers are calculated......... So, not a whole lot of room to change my mind........0

Oh i have OFTEN ignored what i brought and bought something from the cafeteria or the food truck. lol
I'll just eat properly again the next day. It's not a big deal if you don't make a habit of it.
sometimes you just have to have that cheeseburger and fries... or whatever floats you.

I hate wasting food so most of the time I just eat it even if it's not super appealiing. My only other option is food from the little cafe in our office building. Problem is, most foods are out of calorie range and those that aren't wouldn't be filling enough for me.
This is why I save my protein bar for the afternoon - it's a nice after lunch treat.0 -
