Love all fruit!

Want the good news or the bad? Cutting out alcohol and caffeine helped me a lot. BUT - I started menopause about 7/8 years ago. Still get hot flushes and mood swings, but you cope better as you go along. (much better at apologising than I used to be!!!) Everyone is different. Don't be hard on yourself, you'll settle…

Hi! More common than you think. My levels sunk and it's been really difficult to drop weight this year. Change of medication etc... Unfortunately I relaxed on holiday and whacked on 7 pound in less than three weeks! So, so easy. Anyway, when levels are balanced losing weight is possible just a bit harder than other people.…

Congratulations! You look fabulous, well done.

Go back to the doctors - you need more support than you're getting.

The tumble dryer!

Agree with Bio-Oil if new. But take it from an oldie here - if you've got them - too late! They do fade down to silver and are less noticeable after time. Most people have them, as candylilac says. Put it this way if someone is checking out and not liking the marks then they are shallow and missing the fun!

Doing 'Happy dance' for you! Well done.

Brilliant! It's all been said before me!

Hi! Go back to the Gym - you can do it. Next time anyone says anything just smile sweetly, look puzzled and say your doing your best to lose weight and what are they doing to improve their manners? As for kids you can, kindly, point out that it's rude to make comments on peoples weight and haven't their parents told them…

The pictures are beautiful. Great way to keep memories.

Add me too.
-
That was interesting - didn't realise so many fruit and veg carried calcium.
-
Hi! Good luck and add me as a friend if you'd like too.
-
He! He! Yip - I entirely get that one! What makes it even worse for me is because of thyroid problems I've lost a lot of hair and from various parts of my body - think I'd be 'safe' from them - no chance! Nasty sneaky hormones.
-
You've done brilliantly - congratulations!
-
Good news - you are aware of it and will get back on track. More importantly you probably made your Mum feel better and needed for a couple of days. Good luck and sorry to hear about your Dad.
-
Hi! Feel free to add me too - we're all in the same boat.
-
Sounds wonderful - welcome back. Good for you running.

Lesley Ransomes, 1, 2, and 3 mile walks for rainy days - or when you just need a gentle work out.
-
Dear Jillian, I started out thinking, 'I can do this'. Then realised it was only the 'warm up' Oooops!!!

Hi! I'm 57 rapidly heading for 58 and seem to have been menopausal forever. (ask hubby he would agree - poor man) Weight loss is varied, have had set backs along the way. No loss for 5 weeks at one time and just about to do that again, weigh-in on Tuesday will confirm. Unfortunately it was my thyroid that was funtioning…

Well done! Looking great.

Excellent! You have done so well on your journey. Good luck with the rest. You look beautiful.

Hi! I'm Sheila or nicknamed Sheel. I'm from Central Scotland. Enjoying the group.

Saw it and enjoyed the programme. Had seen one before about Weight Watchers, just as interesting. (If not a bit scarey) It is a fact of life that there is no quick fix. Do think a change of diet and lifestyle is the only way to go. Maybe going to some weight loss club helps to put you in the right mind set, dunno, never…

Scottish first and foremost then British.

Now how do I get my money back if nothing has been paid out .........hmm? Life is full of conundrums. I'll buy it. (Scottish, cannae refuse a freebie) Add me if you wish.

That's cruelty! It's on a big flat surface - bring in a big box and put it in - out of sight helps!

I have Hypothyroid problems too and can 'Plateau' for weeks and metabolism is very slow. Especially now when level is low.
