I like to bake mine in parchment. Put a square of parchment down, then a tablespoon of whatever sauce you like (Ive done bbq, teriyaki, mustard and other marinades), fold them into packages and bake at 350-400. Last January, I stepped on the scale, and it said 247. I cried! I'm only 5' 3" and have a pretty small frame, so that much weight is pretty crazy. Currently, I'm sitting at 214. My goal is about 120lbs.

I'm 25 as well, and have a pretty daunting amount of weight to lose. But logging seems to help me think before I eat, which is one of my biggest problems. I just sent you a request. I look forward to motivating each other! :)
