Thanks Krok, I had missed your feedback earlier. I think its very clear I am not hitting parallel. Will try to reduce the stance width and see what happens. Midfoot is something I need to focus on. Guess I will now start with the empty bar and start adding weight and stop at the weights where I am not hitting parallel.…

I am heavy and it gets very difficult for me to even attempt an unassisted pullup. Any idea of a regime to preapre for this. I do stronglifts 3 times a week and have definitely seen an improvement in my strength. I can now 15 pushups at a stretch :smile: But pullups :neutral_face:

I am not sure about lenthening, but yes as you become lean you tend to "appear" taller. And no amount of lifting can make you bulky. What makes you bulky is bad eating.

The guys definitely hog the weights. Intitally I was stared at as if I am from another planet. But two months into it, most of them are appreciative now and we also alternate weights for exercises now :) Everyone falls in line eventually :D

This could also be because of muscle breakdown in case you are doing intense programs like insanity, p90x. Trying having fresh coconut water everyday, may be twice a day. Muscle soreness should ideally go down

Bump for answers. I am in the same boat. Been doing T25 for some weeks now. Eating under 1200 Kcals. Have been losing inches but no weight. Surprisingly, lose some weight on rest days but gain it back on the days i exercise!
