High Protein Recipes!

Anyone got some good high protein recipes to share? I'm on a diet that has me eating 140g of protein a day, and sometimes I get tired of my old staples and am constantly looking for ways to change things up. ^_^

    Hight protein is really just low carbs.
    Drastically limit the carbs of your daily plan and you will be eating high protein. Reduce pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, cereals, granola bars, and crackers,
    Eat protein, lots of frozen and fresh veggies, and a little fruit. Protein includes meat, fish, eggs, yogurt and other dairy, beans, nuts, and flax seeds.
