^^this drives me batty...ppl are only fooling themselves...your body records every nibble that goes in. These same ones will be starting threads about doing everything right and not losing weight. but then they log cake with no sugar and no carbs....

I think your exercise is taking care of that whole family. but seriously, I have 5 - 1 girl and 4 boys with the girl being the oldest 22-6. and what I do is wake up at the crack of dawn to get me-time in; where no one is telling me that they are hungry, thirsty itchy bored etc...ad nauseum. Welp.... since I started this challenge, net weight gain is 1lb. I think that it could be so much worse (as I started getting too comfortable with Holiday eating) weren't it for being in this challenge. I am able to maintain morning workout schedule better than evenings. but do what works for you. Although, when I work out in the morning, it helps me stay focused on eating healthier during the day so that I don't undo all that hard work I put in for that morning.
