Would LOVE to get back to a 36D (even a fuller C). Currently, 38DD . . . and after two children, I would LOVE even more to get a lift!

Premade, pre-portioned popcorn? Eating some as I type right now!

Nope, you're not the only one!! ha ha  I've got hubby, 18 yo, 3 yo, two rott pups, two cats and I can never get a few minutes to myself, let alone a half an hour to myself. I need to actually go outside for a walk/run to get a little peace and quiet (and a decent uninterupted workout!)

I use Champion underwire racerback bra (Champion Powerback Underwire Sports Bra). They are having a sale right now, they are only $24.99 i think go to www.championusa.com....I love mine so much I wear it all the time for support, most other regular bras don't give me the support that this one does!! I LOVE IT, I'm a 38 DD.

Don't beat yourself up too much...It's always hard in the beginning (at least for me it was) and I've "begun" several times since February!! I'm back on again though and there will be those days but start out fresh each new day! Good luck with this and welcome to MFP!

I am such a sweet person too! I find those 100 calorie packs are good for me just to give me a little something sweet (they have all different kinds from choc covered pretzels, cookies to the little bite sized twinkie bites). I know some of them are probably not great to eat but sometimes I just need to do it. I usually…

First of all, sorry for your loss. Welcome to this site, we are all here for the same reasons (I think), to lose weight and get healthy. Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

I read your intro and thought that we are kinda in a similar boat....Same age range (I'm turning 40 next year) I've got a soon to be 18 year old daughter and a three year old son! Not as big of a gap as yours but big enough! Well, good luck with this! If you need any friends, feel free to add me! :flowerforyou:

I never watch anything that I can't tape onto my tivo and forward through the commercials . . . I guess I had better just start letting the commercials run and get a few little workouts in! That's a great idea!

Hi there! Welcome. Feel free to add if you need any friends. I've been off and on the wagon several times since starting this early this year. Good news is I haven't gained the weight back, just been stuck at 13 lbs. Goal for me is to loose a pound a week until the end of November, I have my brother-in-law's wedding…

WOW, brought a tear to my eye! You look GREAT! I'm a middle aged mom of a soon to be 18 year old and a 3 year old. Your story is inspiring. I've been up and down and off and on of this thing but need these posts to show me that I can do it too! You've done great things! Congratulations to you!!

That sounds about right to me as well! Most of the time sooo busy doing other things, don't do those little things to take care of myself and that's also very important! I agree 100% (don't do it myself, feel like I never have time, but I know I should!!)

Great website to log and get some support and ideas! Good luck, feel free to add if you need any friends . . .

Good luck!!!!

All I can say is WOW, :noway: my daughter is going to be 18 this year and I don't push it but she's a few pounds overweight and I would LOVE for her to ask me for a ride to a gym, I would totally be supportive of her and the weightloss journey if she was committed as you sound that you are. (I would be a little…

9 lbs is awesome! I lost 13 probably in a month and a half or so and it's way better to loose in smaller numbers! Keep up the good work!

LittleMissAngi -- Yes, I hate this too, I have a few friends that constantly complain about their weight and why can't they lose it, then I see them eating 3 servings of cereal for breakfast, burgers and huge quesadillas for lunch, etc . . . I just want to yell at them "You wanna know why you aren't losing any weight???…

Ive got some too! I've got an old tribal band around my ankle . . . one I wish I had researched better before I got but I was young! Another one on my upper thigh (a rose with my daughters' name, also old, over 17 years old, I got it just after she was born so it's an old school tattoo). Another old school tattoo of a…
