Hi everyone,
here's my story. I lost 2 stone 5 years ago and finally got into size 10 dresses after loving my food all my life. Last june I quit smoking after 22 years. I'm finally free of the little beggars.....
Whilst it's the best thing that I ever did for me, I've piled on 2.5 stone. That might not seem a lot, but, when you are 5 foot 1" it's 3 dress sizes.
So I'm 40 at the end of October and I want to start getting back in shape.
I'm looking forward to the challange now. I'm so tired of feeling really miserable about my self because of my weight. And that's my story, hello to everyone here

40 isn't the end. I turned 40 last August and now I'm in better shape than all of my 30's and most of my 20's. You can get back in shape and feel great at 40. It's not the end.
