Well joined this site yesterday and had a really bad day cals wise :-( But todays looking better still under the cals and not feeling too hungry.

    Welcome to MFP! I believe that everyones first day is the worst because they are not used to tracking. Try to eat filling foods for breakfast and dinner. Add me if you like :)

    Don't beat yourself up too much...It's always hard in the beginning (at least for me it was) and I've "begun" several times since February!! :wink: I'm back on again though and there will be those days but start out fresh each new day! Good luck with this and welcome to MFP! :smile:

    calories are not everything!!! keep that in mind! this site is great to track what you're eating and at first is great for figuring out if its too much or whatnot... but bring joy to eating, bring thought to food, and I swear to you, you'll be so happy and healthy that it's almost ridiculous. :)

    I just joined Sunday night. . .Monday & Tuesday I went way over my calories as well but yesterday was much better & so far today has been better too. . .so as you're seeing already it becomes more of a habit and gets easier. (I'm speaking from experience not only on here but just this journey in general!!! I've had plenty experience. . lol)
