You should be revising for a couple of tough and imminent exams but you're on here instead... And with that I'm off.

It doesn't matter how late you eat. I have dinner around 7 or 8 then sometimes I have snacks until I go bed around 12/1am or later.
-
Luckily you were okay. This just goes to show that after a certain age people should have to have their driving tests done again.

Few weeks

Personally I prefer to eat an hour before, or if it is a bigger meal, then 2 hours. Occasionally when I have eaten afterwards, within 15 minutes, I've not had much appetite.

Water.

I've been off fizzy drinks for some time and quitting it has been good and I haven't looked back since. The only way I would start drinking anything like that again is if Mountain Dew was sold in this country. Carry on abstaining from them and see how it goes.

There are occasions where I wish I had a punch bag.

It's a beautiful morning here in east London, hopefully the weather lasts longer than the previous good brief spells. I've just completed my first 5km at a local parkrun.

Good stuff. Should get my mum and dad to make some of these recipes instead of the same boring food all the time.

If I was you I would defintely start couch to 5k and go to a running shoe shop and try some on until you get a perfect fit. I'm on week 4 of C25K and I'm really enjoying it.

I'm a final year undergraduate student, with exams starting on the 1st and I think that keeping fit is hindering my revision for definite. The reason that I'm not studying as much as I should is because the pressure hasn't kicked in yet. I would be better off putting the exercise etc.. on hold for the next 4 weeks and…

G.I Joe. Made me feel awful for the fact that I sat through until the end of it.

Feel free to add me. I started cycling last week after a few years of not doing so, on my old mountain bike, which is unfortunately small for me now, but I'm getting a new one tonight hopefully. And I'm awesome too!

I'm on week 3 and it has all been easy for the most part. 30 minutes without stopping is far way at the moment though. I haven't felt my muscles ache afterwards yet, I don't know if that's normal or not. Only time they hurt slightly was today because I did 2 days in a row without rest in between.

Good you made an appointment. The only time I've ever felt dizzy when running was when I first started out, a couple of times, but then I guess my body got used to it.

I boo any bad officiating mostly, but also former players that aren't held in high regard, general players who cheat or have done something bad. I don't see a problem doing that. In continental Europe, they tend to whistle instead of booing.

Barking IG11 Feel free to add me!

I've been thinking of getting one as well and considering the comments here, may go for a polar.
