I used to be so exact ... then remembered I have a life. Find generic hamburger buns (or whatever it is you're eating) and just use that. A couple of hundred calories either way throughout the course of a every other day isn't going to wreck your diet. Also, it's not ONLY about calories in vs. calories out. Enjoy life.

I like Polo's Modern Reserve (very elegant for evening wear ... might be a bit much for daytime wear). I'm also still a big fan of Chrome. A nice day wear cologne is Polo Blue, YSL, and Only the Brave (by Diesel). Check 'em out.

Usually just once. I notice that pure cotton blends tend to not hold the funk like these newer (even the wicking) fabrics. Once or twice a week I make steel cut oat(meal) and place it in 1 cup containers. Let it cool, put in refrigerator and you literally have breakfast for pennies all week.

Ditto ... my early weight loss was 2+ lbs a week for the first 20 ... it has now slowed down to .5 - 1 lb a week, which is okay with me. Just remember, this is not a race and it didn't get ON your body in a week, so it's not all going to come off in a week.

I read the news (online or on my iPad) from lots of different sources (Baltimore Sun, Houston Chron, Huffington, CNBC, BBC, USA Today ... you name it) ... then I read RSS feeds I have set up to come into one of my apps ... You'd think one news sources or maybe a couple would be enough ... noooooooo. LOL

I sometimes drink the chocolate ones with banana and a scoop of peanut butter because I #1. Like the taste; #2 Have one of those mini-blenders that doubles as a cup; #3. Sometimes am just lazy (... heck, how hard is it to scoop, blend and go); #4. I want to skip chewing, but not ingesting relatively healthy substitutes.

Yeah, I'm the same way ... but usually in the morning I am just really thirsty. Give me some water or some unsweetened iced green tea and I'm good 'til about 8 a.m.

Lately mine is locked and with a password. I think it has a lot to do with my general distrust of social networks and "would you want this seen on the 5 o'clock news" paranoia. I don't mind sharing my pw with MFP friends, but just don't want it open .. .who knows who is lurking here.

I was cold yesterday after leaving the gym. As I have lost weight sometimes I am hot and sometimes cold. Just depends. But I used to always be hot ... weird as it was in the 70s in Houston so no reason for me to 'feel' cold.

Yeah, I am about to take the weight-loss ticker off my signature. It was an ego boost at first, but now it's not really a true reflection of what my body is doing. My body is leaner, in smaller clothes, and more toned. The scale is generally moving down, but lately it has been slow going ... really slow. It is frustrating…

It really depends. If I have time, I much prefer to go home and shower and use my bathroom (I have strange habits). But I have no problem showering at the gym.
