  • Yes I am! I am on day 9 and I have lost 7lbs. Most of that was in the first 3 or 4 days. I know that most of the lbs was water weight, however I think I would have lost more but I have cheated a little bit on 2 of the days. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing!
  • Thank You! I actually have some help with The 17 Day Diet Book. I saw it on The Doctors show. And since they NEVER endorse diets or anything like that. I knew it would be good for me. It is not a diet, the author(who is a doctor himself) just calls it that. But it is all the things we should be eating anyway.:happy:
