  • The easiest way I can think of to burn 77 calories is doing 150 jumping jacks. Every 100 is 50 calories burned, so.. maybe even do 300 and feel super good about yourself! It takes all of 5-10min. :D

  • Same here! I just sat down with some 100 calorie muscle milk! She totally kicked my butt, I had to take a one minute break (I walked around to get my heart rate down) inbetween cardio and abs in the second circuit and right before cardio in the third circuit. Holy cow!
