I'm 5'6 and I don't really know what my ultimate goal weight should be! 120-130lbs?

Hiya, I am aiming for 168lb which would be the weight I was last happy at, unbelievably when I was 12. However I am going to go by clothe sizes and how I feel as I may reach a size I am happy at. The outfit in my profile pic is a UK size 16-18 and I want to fit into that comfortably. Maybe take it a dress size or 10lb at a time?0

I'm 5'6 and 145-150 works for me depends of coarse on how much u workout n your body everyone is different but around 145 is good if ur larger framed, 130 is on the smaller side.. just dont think about it and as u loose weight you'll see how u feel . Its all about how u feel n look to urself, not about the number!0

I have changed mine so much! i am 5'6, i am aiming to get to 135lb. It was 145, it may got to 125, not knowing how my body is goin to transform is keeping it open for change!0

If you google weight height you will find loads of sites telling you the healthy weight range you should be in.

I'm 5'6" 1/2 and my goal weight is 125-135. I'm at 140 right now . I'm just going with the flow and seeing where I end up. I'm putting a lot of muscle on so that's a big factor. Even though I kind of care about the number on the scale, it's just going to come down to how I feel in my skin and whatever weight I end up at once I'm toned in all the right areas.0

i'm 5'6" and my goal weight is between 130-140. i have a very athletic build, so even at my fittest i've never been lower than that because of my muscle retention. it all depends on how your body reacts to working out.. for 5'6" the healthy range is 118-145.0

I'm 5'6" and my original goal was 140. I'm at 138 now and have adjusted to 132. I still have some body fat to lose (apparent through my midsection). I really don't care what the scale says - hoping to continue building muscle and dropping BF% until I get the toned look all over. Whether that happens at 135 or 125, I guess I'll see when I get there.0

I think ultimately I would like to be 150-160.0 -
I am 5'5 1/2 and been hovering around 133-135 depending on water retention. I can't say I am "happy" at this weight but have been complacent lately. I do know that I would be happy at this weight with more muscle definition. I don't think being in the 120's and looking like the same "build" will make me any happier so I need to get a routine to get in shape. Being sore all the time sounds no fun though.. lol. Rinse, repeat.0

I'm 5'6" and 146 right now. I'd like to be around 125-130. When I was in my teens and mid 20's I weighed 105 pounds and just couldn't put on weight (not a problem now, hahaha!). However, I don't ever want to be *that* skinny again. I think that 125-130 would be realistic and healthy for me. I was 124 pounds last year and then injured my back and put on over 20 pounds while recuperating.0

I'm 5'7 and Puerto Rican (hips!). I'm currently at 149 and hoping to be between 140-145lbs. I dont want to look sick if I get too skinny so kinda just going with the flow and seeing what my body does as I keep working out and adding different things to my routine0

Just under 5'6 with a small frame, and am aiming for around 128, pre-baby weight. But really, if I weighed more and had less bellyfat I would be happy, I would just like to be narrower when viewed from the side, than from the front0
