Well, welcome back, what kind of direction you looking for? Walls are meant to be broken down so kick that thing down and keep on going right thru it. You can add me as a friend if you like and we can help motivate each other.

Hi Mike. Just think if you would have stayed on mfp how close to your goal you would be. That's how I look at it. You said long road. I don't think the road is very long. Hell, you could probably do that in 6 months easiely. I signed up to mfp a year ago and did nothing. Went away and came back and now I look back and say…

Hello Aaron. Yep 350 is up there but not way way up there. Dude, you are 24 and have your whole life a head of you. Don't miss out on your youth, you only get 1 go of it. Another thing, when you get older it is so much easier to put on the weight, I know. Get mad, use no excuses and rag on yourself until you are sick of…

I'll be your friend, lol. Wow 45 lbs. Why would you stop after seeing such great results. None of my business but you are back and that's all that counts. Come on Girl, go big or go home, lol. What better time to lose weight then now. No excuses, log your food and you can add my as a friend if you like :)

Good morning Lea. Don't give up. You have found the right place. Logging your food is a powerful tool for weight loss. Try doing some exercises. I walk. That's all I do. Most of the time I just walk in place in front of the tv. What ever routine you make for yourself keep it fun, that way you have a better chance on…

Hello Randy. Wow, what a story. I've thought about doing what you said you did. Throwing up after eating but I know that I would take it to the extreme so I wont allow myself to go down that road. I started MFP 7 weeks ago and have lost a ton of weight so far. Nothing extreme. Just logging my food and walking. Not doing 2…

Hello Midnight. Logging food is a major help for losing weight. The most important thing is that you are ready. If you are truly tired of being fat and want to live your life to its fullest, then its time to say to yourself no excuses and just do it. If you start now, in 6 months from now you will look back and be so glad…

No kidding, who knew that weight loss could be explained so even I could understand it. Not only that but its true and it does work. I'm proof. I'm a good cheerleader so send me a friends invite if you like.

Sorry to hear about your Daughter. You need to put everything behind you, pick yourself up and throw away any excuses. You are here now so lets get this thing going. You don't need no Gym or exercise equipment. Walking is a great great way to exercise. if you cant walk 1 mile outside then go to youtube and watch a 1 mile…

I have a very bad lower back. In fact I'm disabled but I can still walk a mile at a time sometimes I just walk in place in front of the tv. This little exercise has helped me loose on average of 4 lbs per week so far. No excuses, they stink

Thanks Tonya but Luck has nothing to do with it :)

Congratz on the weight you have lost already. You ticker looks just like mine :) I love MFP, I have only been here for 5 weeks and the results are great. I find that logging my food is very beneficial to my weight loss. To me this is all very easy. I have no doubt you will succeed at your goal well before 9 months. Add me…

You can send me a friend invite, I'm a good cheerleader

Well Congratz on losing 50lbs. All I can say what keeping track of food has done for me. Unbelievable change in my eating habbits and tremendous weight loss. I've only been here for 40 days and my ticker speaks for itself. "40" Days and it has been so ez for me. I'm kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I set a 6 month…

I'm in the same boat as you and I'm a great motivating cheerleader, send me a friends invite and lets do this.

Well Father, I hope I can call you father. You are at the right place. If you really want to be around to see your Grand children grow up, there is no better time than the present to start. With MFP you have all the tools to drop pounds. If I can do it anyone can. Remember to log your food everyday and only eat the…

Don't listen to people with negative feed back. listen to what your body is telling you. I wouldn't worry about rapid weight loss. You have a lot to lose so the pounds will come off fast. I dropped 30 lbs in 5 weeks. As far as Insanity goes, well once again listen to your body. My body tells me to wait a while before I…

Hello mightyjockster. What are you playing, flag football? lol. Just kidding. No pads? You guys must be tuff. If you don't mind a dude as a friend I'll send you an invite. I'm on here everyday a lot so look forward to chatting.

26 lbs in 7 weeks? That's a heck of a great start. You can add me as a friend if you like, I'm a good motivator and I'm on a lot every day. Just make sure to log your food everyday because that is a great way to keep yourself on track
-
What did it for me was probably age. I'm 48, I had tons of excuses like I'm disabled, I don't need to impress anyone, deaths in family so I'm to depressed and excuse after excuse. Finally I said, I want to live. Nothing to do with wanting to be skinny. As you get older you start to realize how precious life is. and I knew…

I would think so. That's what I have mine at but I exercise everyday of the week and walk 5 to 6 miles a day also. I have mine set at light activity so it gives me less calories to eat so I can lose weight faster. Also so I don't have to log all my exercising and worry about eating back calories.

You did it, own it and move on, you filling bad is great, that means you care.

Hello Eileen. Yep I'm in the same boat as you. I have hypothyroidism and my blood sugar was always going low but since I joined MFP and started losing weight it has been really good. I'll send you a friends invite.. Could always use support :)

I agree, I lost 23 lbs in my first month and I really didn't changing a thing, well maybe sweets but that's it. Logging your food makes all the diff. Good luck and stay positive.
-
If you don't mind a dude for a friend here I am. Wog, lol. Yep I do that too.
-
I had asked the same question and some answers I got were, Don't worry to much if you go under your calorie limit, you aren't going to go into starvation mode unless you do it for a long time and Eat something anything, like peanut butter.
