Well, I was here, then I was gone, and now I'm back, bigger and no better than before. A larger goal is set before me from the last time, and hopefully I can do it. As a sedentary man with three children and 9 grandchildren (so far), I really want to be around for a few more years to see how they do. They don't need to lose another parent/grandparent just yet.
Good success to us all, eh wot?

Well Father, I hope I can call you father. You are at the right place. If you really want to be around to see your Grand children grow up, there is no better time than the present to start. With MFP you have all the tools to drop pounds. If I can do it anyone can. Remember to log your food everyday and only eat the calories mfp has set for you and you will be on your way to a healthier Person. Good Luck even though luck has nothing to do with it.0

Thanks Sobeone, for the note and the encouragement. You're right, it won't be luck that gets us there, just following the mfp calorie counter and the other tools. Congrats on getting near halfway to your goal!
By the bye, I love your avatar! In mine, the girl is my sister, and the guy is who I want to be again! My version of "the jeans I will wear someday"!
Have a great day.0
