Hello,
I have been eating a low calorie diet, my daily goal is around 1600 – 1700 calories but I can only seem to manage to eat 1200 while eating healthy. My starting weight 4 weeks ago was 248 and in two weeks I lost 9 pounds, and for the last two weeks I’ve been stuck at 239 and hasn’t moved. For the last week ive been doing p90x and still no movement. My main concern is that my body isn’t getting enough calories and is storing fat instead of burning now. Does anyone have any advice on how to get more calories and still be eating healthy or any tips to lose fat more efficiently?

I had asked the same question and some answers I got were, Don't worry to much if you go under your calorie limit, you aren't going to go into starvation mode unless you do it for a long time and Eat something anything, like peanut butter.
