  • I still have not lost any weight. I lost 1/2 inch off my stomach whew!!! That is 30 inch waist now as of today!!! But still no darn weight lost. I am not even loosing alot of inches off my stomach anymore. I want to a 26 inch waist even if it kills me.

  • Lately I have been peing alot when I go to sleep at night. All threw out the night I wake up and pee. Last night I woke up like 3 times and had to pee. The pee is real clear so I know it is healthy. I thought it was because I was laying on my stomach. Also could this be apart of the fact in why I am not loosing weight?

Knee bends are hold your arms on the edge of the chair and push your self down with your arms like if your going to set on the floor. Then…
  • I read somewhere where the most you can burn is like 50 lol shoots oh well calories really dont matter with crunches. That is just helping you tighten your stomach. Crunches really dont get rid of anything.

  • Oh I forgot the Airforce runs now outside. I remember when yall did the bike test thing. Actually I am in the Army national guard. I dont know if I can do 32 pushups. I can do like 18. My upper body strenght is 0 lol. Have fun running
  • Frankly I hate the darn scale. I think it is a tool from the devil. I hid my dang scale. But I think walking to the scale could only help you. You remember the subway guy that walked to just go and get a sub, shoots he lost alot of weight. So hey if it worked for him then it will work for you.:huh:

  • I am in the military too. You must be in the navy. Yall are the only ones that do a 1.5 mile test. We have to do 2 miles. I have the same luxury as you to. To day I ran 3 miles on the tread mill in 27 minutes. I was proud of myself. It hurt so dang bad. I did 2 miles in 18.00 minutes. I stopped and walked for 2 minutes…
  • As yall know I have not lost any weight since I have been starting this program. Well yesterday I hid my scale under my bathroom sink. It is too frustrating to get on that dang scale and not see a change in my body.
  • I dont know what the heck I gain. I just know my body fat is 37% and I weigh 145. For two months my weight has not changed at all. I lost an inch off my waist and 2 inches off my thighs. I hid my scale up under my bathroom counter yesterday lol.
  • AlbertShwartz I dont blame you. I can only do like 200 after that my body stops. I may do another 200 tonight just to say I did 400 lol. The one time I tried to do 400 I felt sick afterwards.

  • I always crave something between 8-10pm. I usually eat yogurt, fruit or popcorn. The other day I ate peanut butter cookies. But only 3. I figured that is not to bad.

  • i am going to try to not weight myself so often. I will only do it once a week. I have not lost anything since I have been working out and eating right.
  • I know how you feel. I have been on this for 2 months. A matter of fact I just gained 7 lbs. I am loosing inches. But no dang weight. Make matters worse I am in the military and I am 5lbs over the weight amount. I have to loose 5lbs by April.
