I have recently went from 149 to 137 or 136 depends on what i eat. My goal is 130 or 125. I have just recently started taking hydroxy cut and I lost 2 lbs so happy. Over thanks giving I gained two and then lost two. Just asking what people think about hydroxy cut.

how long do you do cardio for
I do cardio for 30 minutes. I run for 20 minutes which is always a little over 2 miles. I walk for 10 minutes or do stationary bike just trying to keep my heart rate never below fat burn level when I walk or do the bike. The rest of the 30 minutes I am stretching and doing crunches. I still have not lost any weight. I lost 1/2 inch off my stomach whew!!! That is 30 inch waist now as of today!!! But still no darn weight lost. I am not even loosing alot of inches off my stomach anymore. I want to a 26 inch waist even if it kills me.

Pee Pee too much?
Lately I have been peing alot when I go to sleep at night. All threw out the night I wake up and pee. Last night I woke up like 3 times and had to pee. The pee is real clear so I know it is healthy. I thought it was because I was laying on my stomach. Also could this be apart of the fact in why I am not loosing weight?

I hid my scale from my self.
As yall know I have not lost any weight since I have been starting this program. Well yesterday I hid my scale under my bathroom sink. It is too frustrating to get on that dang scale and not see a change in my body.

sleeping after you eat
Does anyone want to go to sleep after they eat. It seems like every time I finish one of my major meals I want to sleep. Lately I have been going for a walk or run afterwards so I will not sleep. I am wondering if there is a reason why. I dont eat too much my calorie intake is normally 300-500 calories each meal.

proud of myself
I am very proud of myself today. I had a bet with my boss. When he went on leave I could only do 1 set of the ab wheel thing. I bet him that when he got back I will do 5. Well he came back today and guess how meny I did 20!, 20!, 20! whew hew. I cant believe I did 20. I guess I have improved alot. Happy days are here again.

Is it better to weigh your self 1 once a week, or once a day, or even one a month? 2nd question how the heck can you eat 785 calories from now till 7:30 pm. I dont eat after 7:30 pm. i have already ate lunch and have 2 snacks and dinner to go.

still no weight lost and frustrated.
How meny of you out there are working out and eating right and not eating late and still not loosing weight. The only thing I have lost is 1 inch off my thighs and 1/2 inch off my stomach. On my goal for the calories. I worked out and it said that I am able to have 514 more calories from yesterdays work out. Well I still only ate 1234 calories. I felt pretty full yesterday. Is this why I am not loosing weight am I under eating? I should have ate over 1700 calories.
