    With only 16 lbs to lose, 2 pounds a week is too much. 4 months is nothing. Be patient.

    I would definitely stay at one pound per week so your body does not go into shock. Two pounds per week would be more for someone wanting to lose 50 or more pounds.

    looking at your profile (If I'm reading it right), it looks like for you to loose 2 lbs/week would be dangerous to your health. I think that's why it won't let you. Not sure because I havn't plugged in the numbers myself, but I think that's what it says.

    IMHO, best thing you could ever do! Start measuring your waist, arms, hips, stomach. It's a slower pace but more accurate.:wink:
