Hello everyone in healthy land. I am trying to loose 15 pounds. I weight 145 @ 5"4. Everyone claims I dont look fat but shoots my stomach looks a hot mess. But I must say I do have a pretty nice butt now !!! Lol . I am worried about loosing my curves. I have always been small and 145 is the largest I have ever been. I run 20 to 30 minutes twice a week. I do aerobics 3 times a week. So far I have been working out for 2 weeks. I have not lost any pounds but I have lost 1/2 inch off my stomach :). My measurements are retarted now 34-32-39 lol at the 39. I am trying to get it down to 34 28 39 hope I can do it. I would love 34 26 39 lol so i can be a brick house lol. Well if anyone has any ideas on how to keep the curves but loose the fat let me know. After my 30 minute run I do strenght exercise for 20 minutes I have been focusing hard on my stomach. But after 50 crunches I feel like I am going to pass out. Well wish me blessings ( not luck because I dont believe in luck only blessings).

Thanks
Ti

    Welcome from me too.

Have you tried using an exercise ball? You will be surprised at how much more efficient doing sit ups is and how much you focus your whole body on your core muscle group in your abs and lats.

    Good Luck and keep persevering.
