  • Look for a sugar-free cake mix. I make one and then buy sugar-free pudding mix and mix the pudding with light cool whip. It is really yummy and the "frosting" gets really creamy and nice.
  • I have been having a rough time too. I know that I HAVE to get more exercise into my routine. Walking is good, but are there any other exercises you can add in? Every little bit helps!
