Count me in! My starting weight is 169 lbs. My goal is to lose 4 lbs. I am 28 years old, married and the mother or 3 boys! Good Luck, I hope we all reach our goals!

I'm kind of worried about that too! LOL I live in a very small town and don't really want everyone I know watching me...but I also have small children that do NOT like to let me have "me time"....hmmm tough decision

I do 30 day shred and Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD's for cardio. On my "strength training" days I use our Bowfex. I'm hoping to buy a treadmill soon. I'd love to start C25K!

I did 30 Day Shred last year before I started weight watchers. I didn't lose much weight but did lose a few inches. I'm starting it again today. I really need to get back in the habit of exercising and Jillian kicks my butt! Even if I don't lose pounds, it's a great workout! Good Luck!
