I don't know much about this but for me, the more water I drink the better "results" I get usually. When I drink at least 10 glasses a day I tend to feel better and look better.

Bradwwood. I kinda thought the same thing. The second run was easier... I don't know if their was a change in weight between the two runs, I didn't change it on the app at all because I didn't weigh myself this week at all.

I've been doing quacker oats oatmeal. They have a package that has 3 different flavors and they are around 110 to 120 calories. I like the 40% less sugar kind. The sugar in the normal ones is INSANE! I think it still tastes great and it keeps me full until lunch time.

A trick I tend to use is logging before I eat it. I come into work and log my entire day before I even eat the food. That way if their is something I HAVE to have I make sure it fits through the rest of my day. I try and figure breakfast, lunch and dinner out. Pretty much the same thing breakfast and lunch. I'll eat the same thing for a week or two then get sick of it and switch it up. Dinner is always changing though... it's my big meal for the day and I adore it :)

Don't know if I could get up the courage to show my results... the before is just BAD haha! I was VERY VERY pleased with the results though. It was amazing how much of a difference it made. I did the whole dvd and now I am on ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels.
