Ok... Need some feedback on this package. Would prob upgrade to Olympic barbell and rubber coated plates. Any other upgrade suggestions would be appreciated:) I'm in Australia so price is in AUD. does this look ok for SL 5x5?

Hi guys, Just an update. 6th & 7th August were perfect. Then I got sick:( I've only manged to eat around 1000 cals each day since then so I have lost weight but not the way I'd planned. Will continue with 1500 with macros as suggested when feeling better and re check in a week later. Cheers Loz

Hi:) Ok so i started upping in may. average calories per month May 1460 June 1540 July 1650 Weights I have recorded are as follows: 3 may 54.8 13 may 54.5 27 may 55 6 jun 54.2 3 jul 55 9 jul 54.7 31 jul 56.4 2 aug 55.3

Thanks guys:) am going to slowly up my cals. Can anyone else with a BMF comment on my set up??? Have had to chose 'very active' in MFP set up to try and match BMF calorie burn. Does this sound right?

I started today! Got up to level 3 last month then had to have surgery so starting again! Loved my results from 30DS so am excited to see results from RI30!!! Good luck to you all:)
