I am currently not taking any medicine besides the contraception pill. But I'm suffering from bulimia nervosa (and regularly throwing up might take a toll on that) and depression. So I definitely do have symptoms that suit a vitamin D sufficiency, especially being tired all the time, sore muscles etc. I will specifically…

I will definitely go to a doctor next week. And maybe probiotics might be a way to help;but now that I'm reading up about excemas, I'm guessing that I really have a vitamin (D maybe?) sufficiency. I'll definitely try to clear that up :) I'm just kind of glad if I don't have to do such a stupid cleanse where I have to miss…

That side mentioned exzemas and I think that's (partly) what I'm suffering from. So a deficiency might actually be it. I'll definitely ask for some tests. And good to know so I don't have to waste money on supplements I don't even believe in :)

Okay, then I have another question! My plan is to just get more active in general during summer and after summer, when I earned some money, I want to join some pole dance classes. I know that pole dancing trains your muscles overall, but now I don't know: Google says now, that poledancing is for Type II muscle fibres (like…

Thanks a lot, that's already quite helpful. What are the pro's and con's of training performance vs. endurance? Are there different muscles trained, like with long distance running vs. sprinting? If that's the case I can also search for information myself, I'm just not too familiar with the concept and therefore unsure if…

Thanks a lot! I will take the suggestions in. Due to university deadlines + moving out, I don't have time for sport until this weekend anyway. And from then on, I'll take it more slowly, but steadily :)

Does anyone know a nice online calculator that takes many measurements into count? I know I used one some time ago but just can't find it, no matter what I google. When they only ask for waist and hips, I'm always worried it's not quite specific. Of course that isn't it anyway, but especially after measurement mistakes can…

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll definitely take them in. Now that I'm thinking about it, that bunch of milk really isn't too bad. And Cashew Milk sounds awesome! I'm definitely a fan of nut milk (almond milk is my fav, but soy milk, rice milk etc is also great), I'll just have to look how much it costs. Maybe it won't…

I'm 22 years old, 5'5" Hightest weight: around 155lbs Current weight: 140lbs First goal weight: 130lbs My final goal weight would be around 120-130lbs. I'll have to figure out what is substainable for me. I achieved 128lbs last year and holded that for a few weeks/months, but gained it all back now due to several life…

+1 :) Sex is important, both should be comfortable, nobody should be pressured to do anything, technique matters more than size and both should give an effort to please each other.

Don't be sorry, it's absolutely fine! Depending on how fast you put on that weight, it is quite logical to assume that it's also water weight (or glucose or other stuff than actual "fat"). When I started therapy for treating my bulimia, I had to sign a weight-holding contract where I had to agree that I won't lose more…

47kg is in the lower-range of the weight you should have. Don't worry, you won't suddenly gain 985257395253kg, I know that fear. It is hard to learn to trust your body again. Do you have access to psychotherapy or another kind of help? Someone professional should help you through this time, it's nearly impossible to…

Damage? I would really overthink your mindset if you think just because one single day didn't go as planned, that you'd call it damage. It surely is not that! Don't worry too much :flowerforyou:

I'm logging everyday and I'd love some more people to support EACH OTHER. I'm a bit tired of always being the active one without getting any feedback

I bought a polar HRM FT4 a few days/weeks ago and I've used them for nearly all of my workouts since then. I found it quite helpful. The calculations I got from apps for my calorie burn wasn't even that accurate, but it also showed me the progress I made. Unfortunately, this means - my body got more efficient and therefore…

I know that feeling! I realized how much of a boredom eater I still am. What helps me is keeping food out of sight and having a structured meal plan. I eat 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and two snacks (most of the time one after breakfast, one after lunch). And I try not to eat ANYTHING in between those meals.…
