  • Pills... must see your doctor it can be Harmfull to use a too stong diuretic. If you want to try i would suggest to go "naturally" . Dandelion tea could be a good idée, or even coffe...
  • Even if you do not add salt to your cooking or in your plate what you eat my naturally contain lots of sodium. Also, have you seen your doctor about that? It may not be Water that you need to loose or it may be an health issue that make you keep all that water in. Good luck
  • Do you enter your exercise in the site? because if you don"t you may eat too little for what you are doing. it seems to me you eat under your goal and does not count what you burn, It may explain it not you may print your diary and see a professionnal because if you feel that way it is not normal.

  • Some reseach said that it is bad for your body to workout on an empty stomach. I use to play a lot of basketball and playing on an full stomac made me sick each time. Depend on the time you wake up. I would suggest to eat a good meal before and stop eating at least 1h before playing.

  • If you don't like beef you may want to start with pork the teast is less strong. and still less lean than chiken I don't know the kind of meat are available were you are but Ostrich, kangourou, horse and bison meat have different teast and can be nice choice.
