havn't lost a thing :(

I've been doing myfitnesspal for ages now, and I've been sticking to my 1500 calories a day. I exercise most days, mostly walking.
My average net calories is between 1400-1500 a day after exercise.

In the last 2 months I have not lost any weight, or inches! Despite increasing protein, fruit and veg and "good carbs" and decreasing bad carbs I.e bread, pasta and fatty foods.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please tell us your current height, weight, and age. Thanks =)

Also people are going to ask you to make your food diary public.

Are you certain your logging is accurate? Do you use a food scale and HRM? I've seen a post that says HRM calories burned are gross not net (ie you need to subtract 1 hour of BMR from calories burned from an hour of exercise if you eat them back). If you are calculating burn rates from the MFP database, be warned that a lot of people consider them to be inflated.

depend on how much weight you need to loose to reach a healty weight. ( not necessarily the weight to want to be ) You can Listen to Jilian miceal podcast. Depend on how must weight you want to loose you may not eating enough to loose weight. She explain it better than i do but if you want to loose like 10 to 15 lbs those may be lbs that your body don't really "want" to lose. so if you have a too bid calorie deficite the body but it self in "starvation mode" and hold on the weight. Or for your body 1400 to 1500 is too much and you can limit yourself to 1200
    Hope it help a little

9 time out of 10 this is due to underestimating intake and/or overestimating calorie burn.

Make sure you are correctly logging your food portions. If you don't have a scale (like me) use a measuring cup to make sure your portions are exact. I ALWAYS have a measuring cup with me so I can measure out fruit, veggies, meat, etc.

Another thing I would point out is maybe ramping up your workouts if you can. Walking will help you lose weight but you might see those unwanted pounds come off faster if you do cardio at least 3x a week. You don't have to dive straight into a marathon run, try something low-impact like the eliptical to get your heart rate up!
