PB is good for you, but the body needs far more nutrients!0

Now I LOVE peanut butter but I couldn't eat it all day every day for the rest of my life.... Or could I?0
-
No, not at all. Your body needs the right combination of protein/carbs/fat. You're just gonna be starved like that. And your body could go into starvation mode which is no bueno.
Take a look at my diary if you'd like. I think I eat a lot of food for only 1200-1300 calories a day. Along with exercise I continue to lose. Hope this helps.0 -
um, no. may stay within calories but it's definitely not a healthy way to lose weight.0
-
No... fruits and veg required.0
-
Sure! The key is to use strawberry rhubarb jam to get in both fruit and veggie servings. If you use cinnamon raisin bread you also get more fruit AND the added metabolism boost from the cinnamon! I predict you'rll lose two pounds a day, if not three.0

Every day? For how long? What else would you eat?0 -

Still no...you'd be low on protein, as well as lacking all of the dietary nutrition that comes from fruit and veg (beyond what a pill can provide). Just do this....
Maintain a reasonable calorie deficit from maintenance and eat more of this...
and more of this...
and less of this...
While occasionally indulging in some of this...
All the while making sure you're doing plenty of this...
and this...
While keeping this to a minimum...

I would go nuts if I had the same thing for every meal.
I tried once only having oatmeal, did not lose any weight, had very low energy and got very sick in one week
you need variance, keep pb sandwich to lunch and mix it up for breakfast and dinner.0 -

I wonder, what make you think that could be healthy?
If you want to loose weight that way... the minute you will go back to eating normally you will put them back on.
