Yes!!! I had acne for years, and after experimentation, gluten seems to be the cause. Dairy is no problem, but as soon as I eat gluten, I get breakouts.

Depends on your bone structure. If you have wide set hips, then probably not. At my normal weight of 120 my thighs didn't touch.

I make Americanos with my Bialetti. Sometimes I add heavy cream. Other times, I just pour the coffee over ice, pour heavy cream on top, and watch it swirl to the bottom.

Eat foods that are high volume but low in calorie. A 400 calorie salad with chicken & tons of vegetables is much more filling & satisfying than a 400 calorie cookie. AVOID GRANOLA BARS. They are very tasty but they're gone in a few bites and quite unsatisfying for 200 calories.

Kale & spinach with shredded heirloom carrots, red onion, cherry tomatoes, chicken, and feta. I tossed the carrots & onion with lemon juice and the lettuce with a bit of red wine vinegar and squeezed the rest of the lemon half all over the whole salad.

Sardines. Probably weird but I love them. Greek yoghurt with diet swiss miss mixed in Apples. I love apples. One of my favorite foods.
