i did manage to lose 1lb this week but i thought with what i was doing it would be more. i know it will be slow and i just want to keep chipping away. i have about 5 stone to lose so its going to be a slow process!

my job is mainly sitting down all day so i put it as sedentry but i walk to work 40mins there and back every day?

its never more than about 400-500 anyway and not every day i just wasnt sure if it worked out over the week or u had to stick day by day.
