I've had that low fat, no fat stuff for so long, that I just can't do it anymore. :smile: I'd rather just have less of the regular stuff.

Ouch! Hope your foot feels better soon! You can still lose weight without working out. Before I came to MFP, I was on Weight Watchers and I didn't work out at all until a few months into the program. I still lost weight, so if you stick to your calorie goal, you can do it.

I have the Polar FT4 and I love it! It doesn't have all the fancy training features that the more expensive models have, but it's perfect for me because I just want to know my heart rate and the calories I've burned.

I actually just ordered it, and I should get it this weekend. I'm so excited! :smile: I do Turbo Jam, and I do my own moves sometimes too, but those mistakes still burn calories. :smile:

Yes, I log everything. On other weight loss programs I tried before MFP, I found that when I didn't track everything, I didn't lose as much weight. I know it takes some time, but it's worth it.
