Can anyone tell me how to count this burn?

I am going to be doing 3 days a week of Boot Camp style classes? I have no clue how to figure out what I am burning. Does anyone have a clue.

You could wear a heart rate monitor to get a good idea of how many calories you burn during class. (I love my Polar FT4).
