  • I even started logging today!! Calories will be low since I did not wake up until almost 1100!!!
  • I am here!! My family was visiting for 15 days, and I did not even go near the computer! I am back though!!
  • No help, I just eat when I am hungry - it stalls my weight loss, but I do feel less tired and cranky - I just try to eat healthy when I can! And of course drink lots of water!

  • I would try to eliminate more of the pasta and grains, and sub veggies as much as possible for them. Go for less processed foods for fresher ingredients when possible - watch the sodium contents of food, but otherwise - portion control!

  • I am doing one - I am on day 16 - today is a rest day on the one I am doing!!
  • I have made it through Day 12 with all required reps!!! Can't see a difference, but certainly can feel a difference and I like it!!

  • Coached softball - swung the bat quite a bit helping the girls with their batting, did two sets of squats, 55 and 50 and 23 pushups for the day - but I miss the cardio interval workout at the gym - will have to go in the morning, otherwise, there is just no guarantee I will be able to do it!! Left work last night at 2230!!!

  • My guess your sodium is high because you are eating lots of processed foods. I would try to eat less processed, use herbs and spices rather that salt and condiments. More veggies, fruits, lean meats.
