Weighted Gloves - which ones?
For those that have weighted gloves, what style do you have? the triangle shaped ones that wrap, the H-shaped ones that wrap around the wrist/palm? ones with individual finger holes? weights on the palm/back of hand? adjustable weight ones? There are so many options!!

Motivation!!!
Posting keeps you motivated!! Did the Elliptical yesterday - worked very hard, did forward, backward, and went all they way up to the max level of 25 (only four minutes of it - but 2 of those were backward!!) it was a great great workout!! I think I am going to try a crossfit class tonight...oy vey!

Taking a rest day!
Not by choice, just did not leave work until 1900 - and did not feel like running when I got home! So, its an unexpected rest day!! Workout in the morning tomorrow!!

I know you cannot spot reduce, but...
I understand the concept that your body will burn fat where it wants to burn fat and that you cannot spot reduce. I am also not an expert sports and fitness guru, like many on here are. With that being said, has anyone had success in reducing the size of your saddlebags? Any suggestions / successes would be appreciated.

washable ankle weights?
Do they make adjustable ankle weights that are washable? I wear 2lb ankle weights to zumba, but they just busted on me. They get pretty smelly too - so I was wondering if they make any that the weights can be removed and they can be washed - I am looking for 2-5lbs (each) - thanks!

Is it okay to be way under on your fat calories?
My calories are set to about 1500 daily, I am usually over on my protein and fiber, and come right around the goal mark on carbs, sugar, and sodium. My fat is waaaaay under most days - I can't imagine this is a bad thing - I have about 40lbs to lose - any thoughts?
