You have to first make a ticker and then add the url to your signature

under tools and then you get your ticker code, to message boards then clock signature, and add there!

I got mine from mvm.com as well, good luck!
  • I was curious how often the people who have those update them (the people who do the side by side ones). Every time they hit a new mini goal? Do you (they) just do a before and current one?
I was thinking about doing one as well

Go to the Tools tab and click on Weight Loss Ticker. Design your ticker and then click on Get Code.

Come back here to Message Boards and click on Signature. You can then paste the code in. :)

MVM no longer has a weight loss simulator, unless I am a goofball, any other simulators out there?

Okay I figured it out you have to make a model and you can save the picture, then you have to change the weight and other features as necessary to your goal weight - and make a new model with the new dimensions - you can also make models in between your goal and starting weight as well - I still cannot get my face picture to upload, so I just used the generic model faces on there
