Can't remember if I updated on this challenge this morning but if not.....
Day 3 completed on the 30 Day Squat Challenge! I thought my legs would be so sore I could hardly move but that's not the case. I found it easier to climb stairs today and that is very motivating for me! Of course I'm still out of breath after 2 flights, but going up feels easier - LOL!0 -
