30 Day Squat Challenge - Start Date May 1

If anyone is interested in a 30 day squat challenge to start May 1 let me know. Just putting out some feelers so far.

    Is this squat challenge the one that starts with 50 squats , then 2nd day 60 and so on? I just saw a post of that yesterday on FB. Do you have to do all of them at one time or can you do half in the morning and half at night?

    I'm unclear on the rules. Are you supposed to do all the squats at once, or reach that total throughout the day? I don't think I can handle doing that many squats at once. I'd be too bored... or space out and lose count!

    The first day you start with 50, then 55, then 60 and so on. You can do them however you like as I know I could never do 50 all at once. Yes it is the one that is floating around facebook.

    Seems I can't paste it here so I will just write it out:

    Day 1 50 squats
    Day 2 55 squats
    Day 3 60 squats
    Day 4 Rest
    Day 5 70 squats
    Day 6 75 squats
    Day 7 80 squats
    Day 8 Rest
    Day 9 100 squats
    Day 10 105 squats
    Day 11 110 squats
    Day 12 Rest
    Day 13 130 squats
    Day 14 135 squats
    Day 15 140 squats
    Day 16 Rest
    Day 17 150 squats
    Day 18 155 squats
    Day 19 160 squats
    Day 20 Rest
    Day 21 180 squats
    Day 22 185 squats
    Day 23 190 squats
    Day 24 Rest
    Day 25 220 squats

    I'm starting - but today.

    And I'm coming up with a few butt/thigh alternatives if my knees start to cry. Someone said Plies are good too.
