Ok apparently brushing my teeth wasn't enough of a deterrent. I ended up eating a serving. Well at least I am still under my calorie goal. It was delicious and I feel much better now.

Whoops, just read it again I can have 15 for 130, thats much better. I read servings per container. Still I think I need to just let it go, I already brushed my teeth anyway.

Just looked at the calories and they were 130 for five gummi bears. My gosh, I used to down a bag in one sitting. Yikes! Nope I will wait and reserve these for another day because I just don't believe I will want to stop at five.

Just took a look at my food diary and realize I don't go over my goal much but it's not uncommon for me to be in the 185 to 200 range. Maybe I will try to make one meal low grain, like if I have brown rice during lunch or whole grain bread, i will limit carbs for dinner. I defininetely don't want to give up my fruit. I…

I really do want a HRM so I think that will be on the list, I know I need to add some resistance training in as well, I am currently working on incorporating some at home. I do love that cardio though.

I have been way under as well, but have been half suspicious that I may overestimating calories burnt and underestimating calories eaten. So I don't worry to much if I am way under on one day. Especially because it seems like there is likely going to be one day I am over, rest day I'm talking to you. I think 200 calories…

I think I will just get out there and walk, its so beautiful today and it seems a shame to let it go to waste. I will just walk up to the subway and get lunch it's a three mile round trip. Who knows maybe I will perk up! Thanks for the replies everyone.

Thanks for the replies :) I definitely have to be more patient, also I need to take a closer look at the sodium, it is the one area that I keep falling short of my goal level. I hadn't considered that as something that could be impeding my wt loss because my calories were always in range and I have been consistently…
