Are carbs really that bad?
I have noticed I have been running over on my carb goal, but I am avoiding white stuff and eating whole grains, brown rice,lots of fruit and greek yogurt. What should I have for lunch
Looking for something that is at least 500 calories still have a lot of calories to get through and am going to do an hour of hiking so 500-900 is ok. I am trying to limit carbs and increase fat and protein. Any suggestions welcome :)

What does everyone eat to earn back exercise calories?
I am loving the cardio and hiking and finding myself pushing myself and pushing myself more so I sometimes have a pretty decent calorie deficit that I need to eat back. What does everyone eat to keep out of starvation mode. I try to eat somewhat healthy but is ice cream ok in this instance?
