Ok So I let myself slip

Lost around 2.5 stone - and put a stone back on...

so here I am again.


most of my friends on here haven't logged on for a while - so I need people to keep me motivated and vice versa!

    you can add me... but my thing says havent logged in a week but yet u can see i logged in 22 hrs ago lol. i log in daily... and add my food for the day sometimes a day or 2. so far i lost 5lbs by sticking to my meal plan. ( yay ) but i have weak moments like everyone else. i try not to deprive myself if i want chips i eat like 3-4 of them just to feel like i had them. but you can do this.. stay strong. and remember your goal. and reward yourself ( im buying a cute outfit when i can fit into it lol ) :)
