I've always heard that it is more efficient if you exercise in the am. I exercise at night just because that's the only time I can. And Ive noticed that when I'm tired, that's when I run the longest...I guess it's a mind thing : )

I've done the Master Cleanse and the only issue with it is that is messes up your metabolism, so that it is really hard to keep weight off, or to lose it. I agree with the post that recommends 1 ingredient food and lots of water. An organic, raw diet would be the better way to go in my opinion. : )
