Count them no.....WEIGH them yes! I find that weighing them give a more accurate read of what I am consuming.

I am a cyclist but just put my bike away to close for the season. I am cycling indoor now training for a duathlon. If you're strictly outside cyclist, I probably won't open back up until Mid February.

I run a 5k in 25 minutes. So that's about 7 minutes a mile right? For a beginner, I think that you're right on target and running (at least to me) isn't about how fast you go. It's about remaining in your target heart range to maximize your workout experience.

Well...I use toothpaste, soap, body wash and nothing on my hair as I wear it natural and NO LOTION as I apply natural Coconut Oil Twice a week to get the shimmer and moisture I need for my skin. No make up but lip gloss and POOF...The magic is done!

Everyone body is different. Do you have a heart rate monitor? If not, Can I suggest that you purchase one even if it' a cheapy just so you can have a try estimate.

Start slow! If you have access to a treadmill or flat level track, I recommend starting there. Set small goals of running continuously for 10 minutes and then the next day 15 and so on. Also, find a great running shoe with support and use an Ipod if possible.

I have done this is the past when I did compete for fitness. I do not recommend unless you are near your goal or getting ready for a comp. It does make you crazy and slightly irritated with everything and everyone.
