Hi, I'm two weeks and 1 day into being 32 and I completely agree on the weight being much harder to lose/maintain. I lost 3stone last year and i'm working to so hard to keep it off. I'm in a sedentary job and i crave snacks a lot! I workout everyday and try and stick to the 1200 calories xx

I've swapped my tea and coffee's with milk and suger for green matcha tea, peppermint tea, detox teas, fruit teas and turmeric teas! I allow myself chocolate or a bit of ice cream everyday. life is too short to deny yourself treats if you really crave them, just make sure you use up the energy it provides/

Thats horrible! but do you know what, let that keep you going, because i had it to from co-workers, even family saying "i bet she wont stick with it" " she will soon put it back on". its never ever praise or encouragement these days.

Everyday, I would find going to the gym and dieting so much more difficult if i dint allow myself some candies or a little cake. I've managed to lose 3st in a year so Thou shall not deny treats! xx

I work out 2x a day (6am & 6pm) 3 times a week and once a day 3 times a week . my job is sedentary and i love food. I suffer from craving alcohol at times of stress so I like to keep the cravings a bay by exercising xx

people in my office are feeders! they bring in cakes, sweets, biscuits....you name it...it makes me want to cry as i get so frustrated then they are like "c'mon have one!" the pressure. and If i have to have something i end up shoving 80% of it in the bin which then makes me feel like i have some sort of disorder.

i added swimming to my regime, very simple breaststroke 4x a week 30mins, the difference was crazy! very small and minor but its just under 400 cal burn each time...(this is added to my other workouts)

cheese and crisp sandwiches (potato chip sandwiches) are about as weird as i get, i love them when i'm stressed!

Mondays (So i can see if any weekend treats/monster gym sessions have impacted me) and fridays (because i have been sensible all week and it determines whether I have a cheat day) xx
