I just got rid of all of mine. I gave them to two friends who needed them. When I lost weight the last time, I kept them. This time I am getting rid of all of them.

I get up at 5 a.m. During the week my workout is done by 6:30. On the weekends, I get up at 6 and do my long walks then so I am done by 9 or 9:30 depending what time I get out the door after I walk the dogs.

7/6 159 I had a busy day at work and didn't have time to get a nice walk in. Friday is usually a rest day for me because I do 2 big walks on the weekend. I will try to get some time on the elliptical.
