    We have about 500 miles that are waiting to be added. Lee was not on tonight so we have not been updated. No one has dropped out but as I put in my last message there are a couple people who I have some missing days for.

    Other boats seem to have moved but we have not... unless I'm imagining it.

    I hope tomorrow's our triple day.. I'm still not feeling 100%.

    Still on very heavy on base items today - especially bread. Not good for the diet **sighs**

    I think I'll be able to do my class tomorrow night. Good lord I hope so!

    No, except that after a rest day I would like to take another ... hehe. My routine is so strict so treasure those rest days!

    My burn for today is 860 calories at Hip Hop Dance class ...

    305 today doing a 2 mile "walk". The fact that "running" is listed as like a 10 minute mile I may never run according to MFP! :noway:

    ROFL I know exactly how you feel ... running starts at a 12 min mile ... so I just made up my own titles because it depressed me to list "walk" when I was running! :)

    7/14: 373 long walk pushing double stroller against the wind

    For who below the 12 min mark, just make your own exercise. That is what I did until I hit that 12 min mark. I hated putting down walking when I was running.
