    The Sunday challenge never happened.

    The idea is that the boats would be paired with one another andmake bets.

    I checked all day/night Saturday and Sunday morning and no information was ever sent around.

    I have checked with other captains and indeed that event was not completed for anyone.

    I apologize to everyone who reorganized their workout schedule around it,

    buuuummer about the Sunday challenge! Oh well, it got me moving anyway, can't really complain. Today is going to be a long run but I'll log it late after its actually completed cuz I'm taking a new route, not sure what the burnage will be.

    03/07 - 632 calories burned
    04/07 - 566 calories burned
    05/07 - 479 (exercise) + 523 (2.5 mile walk) = 1002 calories burned
    09/07 - 494 calories burned
    10/07 - 353 calories burned
    11/07 - 409 calories burned
    12/07 - 700 calories burned (Turbo Fire & 1 mile walk)

    Sigh, after two days of pretty big burns, my body is refusing to give a third. I need to take a rest day. Sucks it was on a double burn day. Sorry to let you guys down :(

    I was feeling pretty shot but I was able to force myself up on the eliptical for awhile so I managed a little over 550.

    In better news Yeesabelly is on her way to pick me up at the gym, she went to the beach and swam laps for an hour and a half for over 1200 calories. Girl is part fish.

    Yesterday was 195 for me, a short walk...my rest day

    Today, 295, a short run, but with hills.

    Can't remember which day we are doubling, so I will leave that up to our captain.

    7/12: 1857 X 2 = 3714 cals for double burnage. Consisted of a 14.5 mile run to This American Life and the Mountain Goats. Twas lovely!

    We have about 500 miles that are waiting to be added. Lee was not on tonight so we have not been updated. No one has dropped out but as I put in my last message there are a couple people who I have some missing days for.

    Other boats seem to have moved but we have not... unless I'm imagining it.

    Still on very heavy on base items today - especially bread. Not good for the diet **sighs**

    I think I'll be able to do my class tomorrow night. Good lord I hope so!

    No, except that after a rest day I would like to take another ... hehe. My routine is so strict so treasure those rest days!
