Ok so strategy here ... who is having a rest day ... can you do a couple of sit ups so you burn like 5 or 10 calories. They cannot kidnap a zero ... I will be having a 1000 burn because its running day.

FOR KIDNAPPING DAY (THURSDAY TODAY)....
Yeah, apparently someone will kidnap the wrong person on this boat and multiply the lowest cals by 5 and add to their boat....AS normal you have attack a boat........... but you have managed to kidnap that wrong person and now got there person who has burnt the LEAST cals today !!!!
Rules
Attack a boat that is in your general area.......one or two ahead or behind
PM the captain to tell them you are attacking them
That captain must send you the cals burnt of the lowest person............ ABOVE "0" (i know what you lot are like)
As you have kidnap a person you can times that persons number by 5 and add to your day total !
SO, I do plan to exercise today...hopefully there will be a rest person, but will log a small amount....

but what if you do your workout later and they try to kidnap you before it's the end of YOUR day? I mean.. Lee is in England for cryin' out loud! Seriously.. I probably won't get in a workout for at least an hour but I will get it in (I have to.. these last 2 weeks are being a real b**ch for that and I'm done with it).0 -
I don't do exercise until later in the evening because it's too hot to go out during daylight hours and I also have 2 young kids. I'm on the west coast in the United States, so evening for me is the next day for people in the UK.0

Hey guys,
I think I messed up my back pretty bad this week. What started as side stitch from trying joogin has spread around my back to the point where I couldnt sleep last night.
I'm hoping some rest and attention will remedy the issue. I managed to walk an hour today so that I will not be dead weight while I recover.0 -

I was thinking the same thing lol. I'll take the hit. Im still at school, have a 12 hour shift tomorrow, and hiking Saturday so I should take it easy anyways. I'll take a couple steps on my treadmill ;-)0 -
Are we going to try to kidnap anyone? And if so, how do we do that... I mean, how do we know who's burning what? I would assume we would decide as a team who to try to get.. I'm sure we could use the points.... but I have no clue how to find out who to take...0

Sorry about your back cap'n! Yoga is your friend when you are running. Even if you don't go to a class look up cat/cow and a basic sun salutation, they helped a ton when I started running and had a lot of lower back pain. Obviously core strengthening exercises help too but thats longer term... Hope you feel better soon!0 -
