    sorry Ive been kind of mia all...
    been finishing up my degree program this week, wrapping up the last handfull of assignments and graduation is tomorrow.
    I doubt I'll be doing much by way of workouts over the next 2 or 3 days; i plan to spend today with my 8 year old and for the first time in several years, enjoying my day with no obligations other than to enjoy it.

    I vote for Thursday and Saturday=DOUBLE DOUBLE
    And we change TRIPLE days to Tuesday, Wednesday (same), and Friday

    I am running a Half on Sunday ... so there will be a huge calorie burn there from me!

    I vote for Thursday and Saturday=DOUBLE DOUBLE
    And we change TRIPLE days to Tuesday, Wednesday (same), and Friday

    ^^ Why don't we speak up and vote for which days to do DOUBLE DOUBLE (X4) and TRIPLE again this week?

    I'm happy with this.... can we just stick to whichever days are chosen? That way I can organise my exercise schedule to fit....

    Sunday my gym closes at 3pm (stupid gym employee picnic), and I have NO exercise plans out side of the gym, in fact I'm eating out w/ friends, and you know how that goes.

    So my plan is to workout very little on Sunday morning.

    DOUBLE DOUBLE FRIDAY? or SATURDAY anyone?
