I am running a Half on Sunday ... so there will be a huge calorie burn there from me!

Between emmas big run and my hike, I think Sunday should definitely be a double double day? I dont care about the other one. Is that ok with everyone?
Sunday my gym closes at 3pm (stupid gym employee picnic), and I have NO exercise plans out side of the gym, in fact I'm eating out w/ friends, and you know how that goes.
So my plan is to workout very little on Sunday morning.
DOUBLE DOUBLE FRIDAY? or SATURDAY anyone?0 -
